Who We Are
We started because we saw the same thing everywhere: small businesses paying too much for IT that didn't work, or getting by with no support at all until something broke. Neither is good enough.
So we built something different. A team that picks up the phone. That fixes things properly instead of patching them. That doesn't just keep your systems running but builds automations, security, and tools that save you real hours every week.
We work with businesses of 1 to 50 people across London. No long contracts. No jargon. No ticket queues where your request goes to die.

Every account we manage has multi-factor authentication enabled from day one. No exceptions, no opt-outs. It's the single most effective way to prevent unauthorised access.
Aligned with NCSC Guidance
Our practices follow the UK National Cyber Security Centre's recommendations for small business security, including their 10 Steps to Cyber Security framework.
Regular Patching & Updates
We maintain a consistent patching schedule across all managed devices and services. Critical security updates are applied within 48 hours of release.
Encrypted Backups with Tested Recovery
All backups are encrypted at rest and in transit, with recovery procedures tested regularly. When something goes wrong, we know the backups actually work.
Working Toward Cyber Essentials Plus
We are actively working toward Cyber Essentials Plus certification, the UK government-backed scheme that demonstrates a commitment to protecting against the most common cyber threats.
The Team
Senri was founded by Ethan Fernandes (a Senior IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer with 10+ years managing complex environments supporting over 1,000 users, 500+ devices across Windows, Chromebook, and Apple platforms, and enterprise security stacks including Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Conditional Access).
Before starting Senri, Ethan led infrastructure modernisation programmes, deployed Microsoft 365 security from scratch, built AI automation pipelines for client-facing workflows, and designed self-hosted multi-agent platforms. The experience behind Senri isn't theoretical. It's built on years of production work across infrastructure, security, and automation.
Today the team includes specialists across IT support, AI automation, web development, and cybersecurity, brought together to give small businesses the kind of tech team that was previously only available to larger organisations.
