Services

Senri provides managed IT support, AI automation, cybersecurity, and web services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any service engagement will be agreed in writing between Senri and the client before work begins.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

Senri Home (Household Customers)

These terms also apply to Senri Home, our IT support service for households and individuals. Before any work is booked, we agree a personalised quote with you, including travel. We will not carry out chargeable work beyond that quote without your agreement.

If you are a consumer and you book a service at a distance (for example online, by phone or by WhatsApp), you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within the 14-day cancellation period, you agree to pay for any work already carried out if you then cancel, and you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.

Remote support sessions only take place with your permission, and you can end a session at any time. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or connected systems.
Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our contact forms or chat widget.
