Switching made easy
Switch IT Provider Without the Hassle
The thought of changing IT support is often what keeps businesses stuck with a provider they're unhappy with. We handle the switch for you, including the handover from your old provider, with no downtime and no long contract. You pay one flat monthly fee, and we'll beat your current supplier's price for a like-for-like service.
Signs it's time to switch
If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a second opinion. Sometimes a conversation with your current provider fixes it. Often it doesn't.
- Tickets take days, and the same problems keep coming back
- You never speak to the same person twice
- You don't know who holds your admin passwords
- Nobody can tell you when your backups were last tested
- You're locked into a long contract for a service you don't rate
- Security only comes up after something has gone wrong
How the switch works
- Step 1
Free review
We look at your current setup and tell you honestly what's working, what's at risk and what we'd change. No obligation.
- Step 2
Plan the handover
We check your notice period, list everything that needs handing over and agree a switch date that suits you.
- Step 3
We deal with your old provider
We request admin access, passwords, licences, domain logins and documentation, so you don't have to have the awkward conversation.
- Step 4
Secure and document
We remove old remote tools and accounts, change shared passwords, check backups and security, and document everything properly.
- Step 5
Your team meets us
Staff get one simple way to ask for help, and we fix the niggles they've been living with.
What we get handed over
These belong to your business. We make sure you end up holding them, not just us.

Tell us a little about your setup. We'll reply by email, usually within a few hours. Your current provider won't be contacted unless you ask us to.
Switching IT provider: common questions
The handover itself usually takes a week or two once you've given notice. The main factor is your current contract's notice period. We can start the review and planning straight away so everything is ready on the switch date.
There shouldn't be. Your email, files and systems stay where they are; what changes is who looks after them. We take over access and monitoring alongside your old provider before they step away.
Your systems and data belong to your business. We request access formally, and where you hold the account ownership details we can regain admin access through official recovery routes, such as Microsoft's, if needed.
Onboarding is quoted upfront, after a free review of your setup, so you know exactly what the switch involves and costs before you decide. If the review finds major clean-up work, such as missing documentation or systems that need rebuilding, it's itemised in the quote.
If you're moving from another IT provider, we'll beat your current supplier's price for a like-for-like service. Share your current agreement or invoice and we'll show you the comparison in your quote.

No. We don't use long-term contracts. We'd rather keep your business by doing a good job.
That depends on your contract's terms. Send us the exit and notice clauses and we'll help you understand your options and plan the timing.
Yes. If your IT person is leaving or you want support alongside them, we can take over fully or work with them as co-managed IT.
