Starlink Setup & Support

Starlink that reaches every room and works with everything.

Starlink is a brilliant option where broadband is slow, or as a backup that doesn't rely on the cables in your street. But the dish is only half the job. We make sure Starlink actually works for your home: the dish in the right spot, strong Wi-Fi in every room, your existing mesh working with it, cameras and smart speakers connected, and Starlink combined with your broadband so you're never offline. We don't do the physical mounting: once the dish is up, whether you or an installer fitted it, we take care of everything indoors. We're independent of Starlink and work with any kit.

Sound familiar?

  • Fast next to the Starlink router, slow everywhere else
  • Drop-outs, frozen video calls or obstruction warnings
  • Your mesh system and Starlink fighting each other (double NAT)
  • CCTV remote viewing or port forwarding stopped working
  • Smart speakers and devices won't connect
  • Want Starlink and broadband together, so you're never offline

What we do

  • Obstruction check in the Starlink app, with advice if the dish needs moving
  • Wi-Fi coverage fixed with Starlink mesh, or your own mesh in bypass mode
  • Starlink and broadband on one router, switching over automatically if either goes down
  • CCTV, doorbells and smart devices connected, with remote viewing that works on Starlink
  • Separate networks for guests and smart devices
  • Home phone checked so it keeps working through the switch
  • Router, mesh and equipment set up and labelled indoors
  • Speed, coverage and the backup switch-over tested before we leave

Time & pricing

Most Starlink jobs take 1–3 hours, depending on the home and whether broadband is being combined. We give you a personalised quote, travel included, before anything is booked, so you always know the cost upfront. Visits are available 7 days a week, 8am–9pm. Pay by card, payment link, bank transfer or invoice.

Starlink Support: common questions

Yes. We connect your mesh to the Starlink router's Ethernet port and turn on bypass mode, so there's one strong Wi-Fi network across the house and no double NAT.

Yes. We set up a router that takes both connections, so Starlink takes over automatically if the broadband fails, or both are used at once. Every device stays on the same Wi-Fi either way.

Standard Starlink plans use CGNAT, which blocks port forwarding. We set up remote viewing through the camera maker's app or a secure VPN so you can see your cameras from anywhere.

We don't do the physical installation, such as roof, wall or pole mounting. Once the dish is up, whether you fitted it or an installer did, we set up everything else: router, Wi-Fi, mesh, devices, CCTV and broadband backup. We can check for obstructions and advise where the dish should go before it's mounted.

No. We're an independent IT support team. We work with your existing Starlink kit and any broadband provider to make everything work together.
